Poof was a little cloud with one very important job: RAIN!
But one morning, Poof looked down at the village. He squeezed his eyes shut. He puffed himself up. He tried REALLY hard.
Nothing happened. Not even one tiny drop.
"Oh no," whispered Poof. "I forgot how to rain!"

"Today's lesson," said the teacher, "How to Make Rain."
Poof raised his hand.
"Yes, Poof?"
The whole class gasped!
Poof did!
WHOOSH!
BOOM! A giant bubble flew out.
"Oops," said Poof.
Poof floated down to the village and met Bibi.
"Why are you looking so worried?" she asked.
"I can't rain anymore."
Bibi thought for a moment.
"Maybe you're not broken. Maybe you just need to remember what makes rain."

Splash!
Swish!
POP!
"HEY!"

"Maybe rain isn't just about clouds," said Bibi.
So everyone brought water!
Carried big buckets!
Carried tiny cups!
Carried enormous spoons!
Brought a BATHTUB. "I like being prepared."
Poof watched everyone laughing. He felt something warm inside.
Poof began to glow.
Poof puffed himself up. He wiggled. He shook.
He sneezed —
Down came the rain! Everyone cheered. The frogs danced. The flowers twirled.
Mr. Mango flung open his bathtub. "FINALLY!"
The rain stopped. The sun peeked out.
And across the sky appeared... a HUGE RAINBOW!
Poof stared. Bibi smiled.
"You remembered."
Poof smiled back.
"I think I remembered because everyone helped me."
🌈 The End. 🌈
